Howdy Cwgrls! Let me tell you about my brand. Risin' Shine Cwgrl Co. was established May 24, 2021. I know the exact date because that is the day my wonderful husband proposed to me! You're probably wondering what that has to do with my brand. Well, we made our livestock brand and had it registered in the state of Indiana a little bit before the proposal. I was waiting until I had the "seal of approval" (AKA the RING) before I announced my new business name. Since the brand has an "S" in it for our last name, I figured it would be best to wait until then to announce.
So let me explain the brand and what it means to us. Our registered livestock brand is named Risin' S Co. You can find this at the center of the longhorn skull in our logo at the top of the screen. The cross stands for the 'Risin'" since we firmly believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that He rose from the dead. The "S" part of the brand stands for Saunders, which is our last name!
So how did I get Risin' Shine Cwgrl Co.? I knew all along that I wanted to change my business name to something with my family's brand in it. I spent days, weeks, months trying to find the perfect name for my business, but nothing sounded right. One day out of the blue, I was sitting on my couch in my apartment and the phrase Rise and Shine popped into my head. And I thought, "man that sounds similar to Risin' Shine". So I tweaked and played with the phrase all day and by the end of the day I had come up with Risin' Shine Cwgrl Co. I added the "Cwgrl Co." at the end because I have a strong passion for western fashion and I wanted to keep the "western" in my brand name.
Here at Risin' Shine Cwgrl Co. we take great pride in our quality products. We take our time selecting products that we feel will best represent our brand and we do not take it lightly. I love to provide products that other women feel powerful in when they put their outfit on.
One of my biggest goals with my business is to represent and preserve the western industry by educating about western fashion and the western lifestyle through the outfits and pieces I sell. I choose items that I feel reflect classic western style and bohemian pieces that have western touches to them. I have a lot of goals with this business so my brand is everchanging. I am not afraid to try new things and never get too comfortable and sit at a stand still.
It is my hope that you love my brand and business as much as I do and are able to express your true self with my pieces. I am beyond thankful for this growing business and am always looking for the next big thing to present to you all!
