Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

-All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Items cannot be used or worn and need to be in their original packaging. 

-You will need to have the original proof of purchase with your return.

-Any item on “sale” cannot be returned. 

-Shipping charges are nonrefundable & buyer assumes all return/exchange shipping costs unless Risin’ Shine Cwgrl Co. was responsible for the mistake.

-We have a 15 day return policy, which means you will have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return. To request a return, email us at risinshinecwgrlco@gmail.com. Once email is received, we will either accept or decline the return. If accepted, we will send further instructions via email. 

-Exchanges can be made by emailing us and requesting an exchange. Further instructions will be given once exchange is approved. You will need to follow all instructions above to request an exchange. 

-Please examine your item(s) once received. If you received the wrong item or item was damaged, contact us via email for further instruction. We will not answer personal messages, please email us.
